Shipping policy
Most products currently sold by Ovani Sound are digital goods and are delivered electronically.
A shipping or billing address may still be requested during checkout, even when purchasing digital products.
Digital Product Delivery
After completing your purchase, digital products are delivered through our download partner, FileFlare.
Purchased products can typically be accessed in three ways:
- Email Delivery: FileFlare sends download access to the email address used during checkout.

Downloads Portal: Your purchases can be accessed through the Downloads Portal linked at the top of Ovanisound.com
- Product Pages: When signed into the account associated with your purchase, eligible products you own may also be downloaded directly from their product pages.
Digital access is normally available shortly after payment is successfully processed. In some cases, delivery emails may take a few minutes to arrive.
If you do not see your delivery email, please check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you are checking the email address used for your order.
Physical Products
If Ovani Sound offers physical merchandise or other shippable products, the applicable shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery times, and availability will be displayed during checkout.
Digital products do not require physical shipment.
