Not Acceptable Dissatisfaction:
- Dissatisfaction with the quantity of sounds or other features explicitly stated in the product description.
Refunds Due to Technical Issues:
a. Duplicate Purchases: Refunds are available for accidental duplicate purchases.
b. Technical Issues: Refunds are acceptable for technical problems that prevent you from using the product as intended.
c. Accidental Purchases: Refunds for accidental purchases are permissible only if the products haven't been downloaded or accessed.
Refunds for Mistaken Orders:
For orders placed by mistake, please note that credit card processing fees (typically 4%) are non-refundable. These fees are charged to us by the payment processor and are not returned when a refund is issued. As a small business, we absorb these costs directly—on larger orders, this can mean a significant loss (e.g., ~$80 on a $2,000 order). We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us continue offering affordable, high-quality audio content.

Items Purchased Outside of Ovanisound.com
For items purchased outside of Ovanisound.com (Humble Bundle, for example) all refund services are delegated to the party the items were purchased from.

In order to maintain fairness and prevent abuse of our refund policy, we reserve the right to decline refund requests if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of our products, or repeated refund requests from the same customer without valid reasons.
